These communication channels include SMS text, phone calls, and emails, enabling swift dissemination of crucial information to designated groups. Admins can conveniently monitor the delivery status of alerts by accessing a summary report.
For end users/recipients, the App offers accessibility to the ten most recent alerts/messages received. Additionally, if the "needs assistance" feature is enabled, users can respond to messages promptly, indicating their need for assistance during emergency situations.
